Matan Ben Moshe

Matan Ben Moshe is a seasoned software engineering professional currently serving as a Software Engineering Manager at Gong since July 2025. Prior to this role, Matan held the position of Engineering Manager at AppsFlyer from August 2022 to July 2025, where leadership of the ROI360 Cost Inbound team resulted in significant product revenue growth from $8 million to $26 million ARR and involved the design and launch of a large-scale data collection platform on AWS. Matan's previous experience includes managing cross-functional teams at LivePerson that developed real-time analytics infrastructure, as well as leading full-stack development at SQLink Group and working as a web developer at Matrix. Matan began a career in software development after serving as a Logistics Officer in the Israel Defense Forces and holds ongoing education at The Open University of Israel.
