Meital Zalcberg

Meital Zalcberg is a Senior Software Engineer specializing in Data Platform at Gong since August 2023. Previously, Meital worked at Otonomo from April 2019 to January 2024 as a Data Engineer, where significant contributions included developing a data-serving layer for clients and maintaining a robust data pipeline handling 4 billion data points daily from over 50 million connected vehicles. Additionally, Meital served as a Backend Engineer at Otonomo, leading the design of a core fleet management system and mentoring team members. Earlier experience includes a role as a Data Scientist and Teaching Assistant at The Hebrew University of Jerusalem, where Meital developed a topic modeling algorithm and taught courses in NLP. Additional internships and roles include software development at VERTIZAN LIMITED and content development at Tamboro, along with data analysis for the Israel Ministry of Defense. Meital obtained a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and Cognitive Science from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem, graduating in 2018.
