Nati Dykstein

Nati Dykstein serves as the Director and R&D Group Manager at Gong since June 2019, where responsibilities include leading the mobile app development team and overseeing the development of the Gong Revenue Intelligence Platform™. Prior to Gong, Nati Dykstein held roles at ironSource as Android Team Leader, focusing on mobile infrastructures and SDKs, and served as Android Lead at Samba.me. Nati Dykstein also founded Roadwatch and worked as CTO while contributing to road safety through technology. Earlier experience includes significant positions at XtremIO, EMC, BigBand Networks, IBM, Bank Hapoalim, and Hacker Software, with a strong background in software engineering and team leadership. Nati Dykstein earned a Computer Science degree from Bar-Ilan University.
