Talia Lavie

Talia Lavie has extensive work experience in the field of user experience and design. Talia currently holds the position of VP of User Experience at Gong, where they have been since 2023. Prior to that, they worked at AppsFlyer as the Head of UX & Design from 2020 to 2022. Talia also has experience at Micro Focus as the Global Head Of User Experience from 2019 to 2020, and at HP Software as the Head of UX - ALM from 2012 to 2016. Additionally, they have held positions as a lecturer at IDC Herzliya and the Academic college of Tel-Aviv Yafo, and as a researcher at Deutsche Telekom Tlabs@BGU. Talia has also been actively involved with UXPA, serving as the Co-President of UXPA Israel from 2011 to 2014. Overall, they have a strong background in leading UX teams, defining UX strategies, and implementing design thinking approaches.

Talia Lavie pursued a Ph.D. in Adaptive systems and personalization at Ben-Gurion University of the Negev.
