Karen Pajor

Karen Pajor has extensive experience in customer service roles, currently serving as a Customer Service Representative at Gonnella Baking Co. since August 2022. Previously, Karen worked at Universal Chemicals & Coatings from February 2013 to July 2022 as a Lead Customer Service Representative and Office Administrator, where responsibilities included being a key contact for customer orders, requests, and inquiries, in a company that is ISO 9001 Certified. Prior to that role, Karen spent over a decade at Nitto Kohki USA from November 2000 to February 2013, handling customer inquiries related to product availability, pricing, and technical questions regarding tools and parts. Karen holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Northeastern Illinois University.
