Colleen Nolting

Colleen Nolting has extensive experience in engineering and management, currently serving as the Engineering & Maintenance Business and Continuous Improvement Manager at Kaiser Aluminum since 1996, where key achievements include leading a new team for company-wide project initiatives and managing a CMMS upgrade. Colleen has transitioned through various roles within the purchasing department, including Capital Purchasing Manager and Purchasing Manager, where responsibilities encompassed MRO Warehouse management and ERP implementations. In addition, Colleen serves as Adjunct Faculty for the Mechanical Engineering Senior Design Class at Gonzaga University since 2014. Colleen's educational background includes a Master's degree in Accounting from Gonzaga University, a Bachelor of Applied Science in Mechanical Engineering from Washington University in St. Louis, and a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics from Simpson College.
