Jamie Aitken

Jamie Aitken has extensive experience in the fields of strategic communications, media relations, and public relations. Most recently, they served as the Senior Director of Strategic Communications at Gonzaga University, where they were responsible for managing the university's communication efforts and establishing strong relationships with various stakeholders. Prior to this, Jamie held leadership positions at various media companies, including WXIN Fox59/WTTV CBS4, KDAF/CW33, KREM/KSKN, KTVK/KASW, and Texas Cable News. In these roles, they served as Vice President/General Manager or President/General Manager, overseeing the day-to-day operations of the organizations. Their work experience showcases their expertise in driving strategic communications initiatives and managing media outlets.

Jamie Aitken obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communication/Media Studies from Texas A&M University from 1974 to 1979. Additionally, they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications from the same institution.
