Kaitlyn Finley is a seasoned professional with a diverse background in recruitment and education. Currently serving as a Senior Recruiter and Marketing & Social Media Manager at Gonzalez since January 2020, Kaitlyn previously held a position in File Support at MiMutual Mortgage from April to November 2019 and worked as a Preschool Teacher at Childtime Learning Centers from November 2015 to April 2019. Kaitlyn holds a Bachelor's Degree in Communications from Wayne State University and an Associate's Degree in General Studies from Macomb Community College, alongside a High School Diploma from Richmond Community High School.
