Valerie Barrera

Valerie Barrera's work experience includes positions at various companies in different roles. Valerie started their professional career in 2014 as the Social Chair for Sigma Kappa Sorority - Theta Omicron. In 2016, they interned at Where Italia srl, where they created maps for various attractions in Venice, updated website information, surveyed tourists, and photographed attractions in Milan. Valerie also worked as an Events/Digital Marketing/Social Media Intern at Triyar Entertainment from August 2016 to April 2017. From November 2012 to August 2017, they served as a Gymnastics Coach (USA Gymnastics Certified) at Top Flight Gymnastics. In 2017, Valerie worked as the Campus Director for Curtsy. Valerie then gained experience as a Marketing and Event Planning Intern at TickleMe Entertainment from January to April 2018. Valerie joined Good Apple in March 2019 as an Associate Media Planner, then was promoted to Media Planner in July 2020, and is currently serving as a Senior Media Planner since October 2021.

Valerie Barrera pursued their education at Arizona State University from 2014 to 2018, where they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Tourism Development and Management (BS). In May 2017, they obtained an additional certification in Convention Sales & Meeting Planning from the same institution.
