Nirmal Deshpande

Nirmal Deshpande is a seasoned leader in product strategy and business design, currently serving as Managing Director at Good Business Lab since October 2023, where Nirmal oversees strategic management and advances the mission of promoting worker wellbeing through research-backed innovation. Previously, Nirmal held roles including Senior Director of Product Strategy at Code and Theory, where large transformation engagements were managed, and Head of Product at Noah, where Nirmal led the rebranding and digital platform redesign. Nirmal has also contributed as Business Design Lead at Fjord and held various strategic roles at Method, Accenture, Population Services International, SS+K, and The Advertising Council, demonstrating expertise in digital product design, market research, and strategy development. Nirmal holds an M.B.A. in Strategy from the University of Michigan and a BA in Political Science from Williams College.
