Chad Sarno has been working in the food industry since 1997. Chad began their career as a self-employed consultant, chef, presenter, and culinary educator. In 2005, they became the Executive Chef and development partner for SAF Restaurants, helping to establish a new plant-based restaurant concept in Europe. In 2009, Chad joined Whole Foods Market as the Global Healthy Eating Coordinator, Senior Culinary Educator, and R&D Chef, where they co-created the company's global education program and wellness initiatives. In 2013, they became the VP of Culinary Wellness and Plant-Based Education at Rouxbe Online Cooking School, successfully launching the company's plant-based certification course and content creation. In 2016 and 2017, Chad co-founded Wicked Kitchen and Gathered Foods, respectively. In 2017, they also became the Co-Founder and Chief Culinary Officer of Good Catch Foods.
