Tabitha Goerger

Tabitha Goerger has a strong background in human resources, with experience in director-level HR functions and management. Tabitha served as the Director of Human Resources at Good Chemistry Nurseries, where they oversaw HRIS system implementation and leadership development. Additionally, Tabitha was responsible for reviewing and updating company policies and hiring practices for regulatory compliance, as well as benefits and payroll administration. Prior to their role at Good Chemistry Nurseries, they worked as a Human Resources Manager at Belmar Pharma Solutions. In this position, they handled a wide range of HR responsibilities including recruiting, employee management, benefits administration, regulatory compliance, payroll, and onboarding. Tabitha also led the implementation of new HRIS and EMR systems for the HR and Customer Service departments.

Tabitha Goerger obtained their Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) degree in Human Resources Management and Psychology from Colorado State University Global in 2024. Prior to that, they received their High School Diploma in General Studies from Bear Creek High School. In terms of additional certifications, Tabitha has completed courses in Human Resources metrics and strategy, unconscious bias, and has certifications as an Elder Care Specialist (ECS) from Arapahoe Community College and as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA 1) from Emily Griffith Technical College.
