Lisa Campbell has held a variety of roles across multiple companies since 2004. Lisa began their career at RBC as a Billing and Collections Representative where they processed loan payments and contribution payments to annuity accounts. In 2005, Lisa moved to IBM Insurance Outsourcing Services as an Annuity Administrative Specialist, providing daily support to annuity administration, acting as a Subject Matter Expert, and presenting and discussing topics for annuity-product training classes. In 2011, Lisa joined Resurgent Capital Services as a Credit Bureau Dispute Analyst where they managed a team of 9 Support Analysts and provided support for specialized credit dispute cases. In 2015, Lisa became a Senior Sales Consultant at Lemongrass Spa Products, LLC. Finally, in 2016, Lisa became a Brand Ambassador for both LICKS\u00ae Pill-Free Solutions and good culture. At good culture, Lisa promoted brand awareness, positive product impressions, customer loyalty and increased sales through product demonstration, customer engagement and effective communication of brand talking points. Lisa also captured demo results by reporting all pertinent info into demo recap systems in a timely and accurate manner, captured and forwarded required demo images to field marketing manager, and increased sales by 50% on the day of the demo.

Lisa Campbell attended Greenville Technical College from 2000 to 2002 and obtained an Associate in Engineering Graphics Technology. Lisa then attended Furman University from 2005 to 2012, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration. In September 2011, they obtained a FDCPA certification.
