Colton Tosh

Colton Tosh has extensive experience in the cannabis cultivation industry, currently serving as the Regional Director of Cultivation at Good Day Farm since November 2020, where responsibilities include planning and overseeing the feeding and pest management of a large cultivation facility. Prior to this role, Colton was the Fertigation and IPM Manager and led a team as Fertigation Team Lead. Colton began a career in cannabis with Natural State Wellness as a Post Harvest/Cultivation Technician before transitioning to Good Day Farm. Earlier experience includes working as a part-time student worker on the grounds crew and facilities team at Arkansas State University. Colton holds a Bachelor's degree in Agricultural Business with minors in Marketing and Crop Consulting from Arkansas State University.
