Elle Hinnah

Elle Hinnah, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, serves as the Senior Human Resources Generalist for the Central MO Retail Division at Good Day Farm since May 2024. With extensive experience in human resources, Elle has also held roles as a Human Resources Consultant at Conscious HR since March 2020, and previously as Human Resources Director at Blue Dart Ventures, LLC, and Human Resources Generalist at Glaze Cannabis. Elle's career in human resources began with positions at American Air Filter and Colleen's Classic Consignment as a Generalist and Director, respectively. Elle's entrepreneurial spirit is reflected in ownership of Rose Ridge Jewelry from September 2013 to January 2022, alongside a human resources management role at Saline County. Elle holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Human Resource Management from Columbia College and has a passion for art and creativity.
