Philip Carr

Philip Carr has extensive experience in communications and management, currently serving as Managing Director at Good Energy, L.P. since 2008, focusing on Community Electricity Aggregation across the USA. Prior to this, Philip held the role of Communications Consultant at the World Bank for a project that raised significant funds for ex-combatants in central Africa. As the Business Owner of Cloudburst Media from 2001 to 2006, Philip developed documentary film campaigns for global Non-Profit Organizations, collaborating closely with various teams to drive awareness and funding. Philip began a military career as a Captain in the Royal Dragoon Guards from 1996 to 2000. Educational achievements include a degree from Durham University and training at the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst, along with attendance at Eton College.
