Carrie Coles has extensive experience in information governance, risk management, and compliance. Carrie most recently served as the Head of Information Governance, Risk and Compliance at Good Energy, where they led the IGRC team and was responsible for various governance activities. Prior to that, they held roles at UK Shared Business Services Ltd (UK SBS), including Risk and Information Manager, HR Data Specialist, HR Compliance Co-Ordinator, HR Assistant Specialist, and HR Operational Administrator. In these positions, they focused on areas such as risk management, internal control frameworks, data integrity, and crisis management.
