Before joining Good Energy, Francoise held various positions including Director of People and Operations, Director of People and Culture, and Talent & Organization Development Director. Francoise has a successful track record of talent management, HR, organizational development, and employee engagement. Francoise has also worked at companies such as EDF Energy, Dyson, The Coca-Cola Company, HarperCollins Publishers, Legal & General, and Marks and Spencer. Francoise is a graduate of the University of Oxford with a degree in Joint Honours in French and English Literature.
