Lena Sheard

Lena Sheard currently serves as Deputy Head of Operations (People) at The Good Food Institute Europe, a position held since September 2024. Previously, Lena was the People Lead at Revalue Nature from October 2023 to September 2024, focusing on delivering integrity in carbon projects. Prior roles include People Business Partner at Beyonk and various positions at Glean, including Employee Experience Partner, People & Culture Advisor, and Employee Onboarding Executive. Lena began their career as an Associate Consultant at Lucy Walker Recruitment and worked as a Business Consultant at Charlton Morris. Lena holds a Level 5 Diploma in CIPD and a Bachelor of Arts in Business and Management from Leeds Beckett University.
