Erin Wilken is an experienced professional with a strong background in leadership and client services. Currently serving as Chief Operating Officer at Good Leadership, Erin has also held the position of Vice President of Client Services. Previous roles include Assistant Director of Alumni Relations at Gustavus Adolphus College and Associate Director of Youth and Family Ministries at Lord of Life Lutheran Church. Erin began the career with positions at Gustavus Adolphus College in the Office of Public Relations as a Student Worker and as an Intern in the Office of Church Relations. Educational qualifications include a Master of Arts in Youth and Family Ministry from Luther Seminary (2002-2004) and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Gustavus Adolphus College (1998-2002).
