Kristian Hardiman

Kristian Hardiman has a diverse work experience in the field of environmental sustainability and reporting. Kristian started their career in 2013 as a Support Officer at the Climate Disclosure Standards Board, where they provided assistance in environmental reporting. Later that year, they worked as an Analyst at Carbon Clear Limited, focusing on analyzing environmental data.

In 2013, Kristian joined CDP, a global environmental reporting system, as a Senior Technical Officer. In this role, they were responsible for developing annual questionnaires related to climate change and supply chain sustainability. Kristian also served as the main technical point of contact for company inquiries and led the development of various modules related to measuring and managing sustainability impacts.

Since 2017, Kristian has been working at Good On You, where they serve as the Head of Ratings. Their main responsibilities include developing and implementing the rating system for more than 2,100 brands across environmental, labor, and animal welfare themes. Kristian also collaborates with stakeholders such as brands, NGOs, and industry experts to gather input and ensure best practice in the rating process.

From 2009 to 2012, Kristian Hardiman attended the University of Newcastle. During this time, they pursued and successfully completed a Bachelor of Environmental Science and Management (hons) degree, with a specialization in Social Systems.
