Kaylee Costello

Kaylee Costello is a Design Manager at GoodParty.org since February 2024, previously serving as a Senior Product Designer at ChartHop from October 2021 to September 2023, where significant contributions included building and maintaining a design system that enhanced market responsiveness and innovating product data representation. Prior experience includes leading a transformation at Enablon from January 2019 to October 2021, which improved product adoption through a user-centered dashboard and establishing a modern design system. Kaylee also held the role of UI Product Designer at Mintel from November 2017 to January 2019, creating a comprehensive design system and developing a reporting library for data visualization. Earlier experience includes serving as an Art Director at VML, where design direction was provided for notable brand clients, and freelance design roles beginning in 2008. Kaylee holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Graphic Design from Kendall College of Art and Design.
