Bryan Lewis

Bryan Lewis, MOL, currently serves as the Director of Learning and Development at Good Samaritan Boys Ranch, a role commenced in December 2019 that involves overseeing the accreditation process and implementing programs to enhance employee performance and competency. Previously, Bryan worked for Footsteps Transitional Living from October 2005 to December 2019, first as an Educational Case Manager, where responsibilities included assessing residents' educational needs and developing tailored service plans, followed by a position as Apartment and Independent Living Program Coordinator, focusing on advancing self-sufficiency for youth. Earlier experience includes serving as Lead Youthcare at Good Samaritan Boys Ranch from June 2003 to October 2005. Bryan holds a Master’s Degree in Organizational Leadership and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management from Evangel University.
