Yasmin Khan

Yasmin Khan is an experienced learning and development professional currently serving as the Director of Learning and Development at Capgemini since December 2024. In this role, Yasmin spearheads the design and delivery of global learning strategies in alignment with organizational goals, collaborating with senior stakeholders to implement scalable solutions. Prior to Capgemini, Yasmin held the position of Senior Learning Manager at KPMG from January 2022 to January 2024, leading a team of 32 professionals in delivering learning solutions that supported upskilling initiatives and leadership development. Yasmin also served as Global Learning Manager at Arup from January 2017 to January 2022, where large-scale technical and leadership upskilling programs were designed and implemented. Earlier experience includes a role as Senior Leadership and Learning Manager at Phoebus Software - Microsoft Apple, focusing on executive leadership and budget management. Yasmin holds a postgraduate degree from King's College London and has obtained CIPD qualifications.
