Scotti Hartman

Scotti Hartman began their career in 1995 as the Director of Admissions at Richfield Living. In this role, they were responsible for overseeing the census for the entire campus and managing and directing the Admissions Team. In January 2020, they transitioned to the role of Director of Community and Development at Richfield Living. In this role, they are responsible for leading the organization's efforts to develop and maintain relationships with referral sources, managed care organizations, and other key stakeholders. In March 2022, they will assume the role of Vice President of Business Development at Good Samaritan Hospice.

Scotti Hartman has a Bachelor of Arts in Social Work from Roanoke College and a Certified Fundraising Executive credential. Scotti is currently enrolled in a post-graduate program in Sociology at Roanoke College Management Institute.
