Matthew Cotti has extensive experience in finance and leadership roles within the healthcare industry. Matthew began their career at Jordan Hospital as a Patient Account Representative, where they were responsible for billing and claims management. Matthew then joined Caritas Good Samaritan Medical Center as a Financial Information Specialist, where they implemented and evaluated financial information systems.

Cotti later served as the Manager of Budget and Decision Support at Caritas Good Samaritan Medical Center, overseeing the budget process and providing financial analysis. Matthew then joined Caritas Christi Health Care as the Laboratory Systems Director of Finance, where they merged two independent clinical laboratories and consolidated outreach laboratory management functions.

Cotti continued their career at Steward Health Care, starting as an Interim Vice President of Finance for Landmark Medical Center and the Rehabilitation Hospital of Rhode Island. Matthew then became a Senior Finance Member in Steward Health Care's Ventures Division, where they built financial reporting packages and developed business plans for new acquisitions.

Cotti also worked at Quincy Medical Center as the Chief Financial Officer, responsible for financial goal setting and monitoring. Matthew then joined Steward Health Care as the Chief Financial Officer of Steward Home Care, Inc., overseeing home care, hospice, and private duty nursing services.

Most recently, Cotti joined Good Samaritan Medical Center as the Vice President of Finance and CFO. In this role, they provide strategic financial leadership to the medical center.

Matthew Cotti attended Bridgewater State University from 1997 to 1999 and obtained a B.S. in Finance.
