James Starks

James became a volunteer at the City Rescue Mission men’s ministry discipleship program in 1996 and has enjoyed a very satisfying and rewarding relationship with the men’s discipleship program. In 2010, James was elected to the Board of Directors – a new and exciting experience for him with City Rescue Mission. In 2011, he became Chairman of the Advisory Board. James is active with church leaders and business owners building connections and relationships with City Rescue Mission. He is also a licensed Chaplain. James enjoys spending time with his family, traveling and playing Scrabble.
