Benjamin Ramirez has a strong background in IT management, having worked in various roles from System Analyst to IT Manager. With experience at companies such as Shell and Michelin, Benjamin has managed high availability IT infrastructure and led global IT service management teams. Benjamin has also implemented ERP systems and spearheaded projects for knowledge management and document management. Benjamin holds a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology and a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from Far Eastern University.
