Tamsin Eldridge is an experienced legal counsel and board member with a strong background in corporate law and governance. Currently serving as Legal Counsel at Wesfarmers since June 2011, Tamsin provides strategic legal advice to the leadership team and manages key legal risks. In addition, Tamsin has been a Board Member of Good Samaritan Industries since January 2015, contributing to the organization’s mission of creating employment opportunities for people with disabilities. Previously, Tamsin served as a Senior Associate at Allens Arthur Robinson and Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP, and held the position of Legal Counsel at BHP Billiton, where involvement in a significant iron ore joint venture was notable. Tamsin is a graduate of Murdoch University with a Bachelor of Laws (Hons) and a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry, and completed the Company Directors Course at the Australian Institute of Company Directors in 2020.
