Jonathan Edwards

Jonathan Edwards has a diverse work experience in the healthcare industry. Jonathan started their career at Creative Healthcare Solutions as the Owner/CEO from February 2005 until April 2008. Following this, they joined Good Shepherd Medical Center as a Financial Analyst from October 2003 to April 2008, and later served as the Patient Accounting Manager from April 2008 to April 2011. In April 2011, they transitioned to Good Shepherd Health Care System, where they held various roles, including Director of Patient Financial Services from April 2011 to July 2017, Director of Revenue Cycle Services from July 2017 to September 2020, and Director of Revenue Cycle and Business Development from September 2020 to September 2023. Jonathan also assumed the interim role of Chief Operating Officer from September 2023, and currently serves as the Chief Financial Officer since November 2023.

Jonathan Edwards holds a Bachelor's degree in Health Care Administration from Capella University. Jonathan also attended Ensign College, where they studied Business Management. In terms of certifications, they obtained a Certified Medical Interpreter - Spanish (CMI) from the State of Oregon in 2004. Jonathan also has a certification in HFMA's Certified Revenue Cycle Representative (CRCR) from the Healthcare Financial Management Association (HFMA). Additionally, Jonathan has knowledge in LEAN/SIX SIGMA Process improvement Engineering.
