Jeff Chalakani

Jeff Chalakani is an experienced chaplain and ministry leader with a diverse background in providing spiritual support and outreach services. Currently serving as a Chaplain at Good Shepherd Hospice since April 2022, Jeff has also been the Director and Pastor at Among the People Ministries & Community Fellowship since January 2015, mentoring ex-prisoners and those in need. As the Founder and Chaplain of Guardian Angel Ministries since January 2000, Jeff focuses on outreach to the elderly, homeless, and others in need. Previous roles include Regional Area Ombudsman at Area Agency on Aging Northwest Arkansas and Staff Chaplain at Arkansas Children's Hospital. Jeff has held several chaplaincy positions, demonstrating a long commitment to hospice care. With leadership experience at Meadowlakes Retirement Village and Arbor House Assisted Living, Jeff has managed assisted living communities. Educational qualifications include a Master of Divinity in Biblical Counseling and Christian Ministry from Mid America Christian University.
