Cindy Buchman

Cindy Buchman, MHA, has extensive experience in healthcare administration. Cindy began their career as the Associate Administrator of Physician Practices at Easton Hospital, Community Health Systems, where they served from 2006 to 2011. Following this, they joined Health Management Associates as the Director of Finance and Operations in 2012. Since 2013, Cindy has been working at Good Shepherd Rehabilitation Network, holding various positions including Division Physician Group Administrator, Vice President of Physician and Clinical Services, and currently, as the Vice President of Strategic Planning and Operating Services. Cindy'scontributions in these roles have showcased their expertise in financial management, operations, and strategic planning in the healthcare industry.

Cindy Buchman, MHA, obtained a Master's of Health Administration from the University of Scranton between 2013 and 2017. Cindy also holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Kutztown University of Pennsylvania, which they completed between 1985 and 1989.
