Anna Padilla

Anna Padilla, MBA, SHRM-CP has extensive experience in human resources, with a focus on HR administration, operations, and strategic direction. Anna has held various leadership roles throughout their career.

From 2023 to the present, Anna has been the Vice President of Human Resources at Good Shepherd Services. Prior to this, from 2021 to 2023, they worked as the Senior Director of People & Culture at UNICEF USA.

Anna also has experience at NYC Health + Hospitals, where they served as a Human Resources Business Partner from 2020 to 2021. Before that, they were the Director of People & Culture at UNICEF USA from 2018 to 2020.

Earlier in their career, Anna held the position of Director of Human Resources at Apicha Community Health Center from 2016 to 2018. Anna also worked at Community Healthcare Network from 2002 to 2016, where they held various roles, including Manager of HR Administration and Assistant to the Vice President of Human Resources.

Anna's work experience also includes a role as an Associate in Human Resources at NYC Health + Hospitals from 2001 to 2002 and a Client Associate at Chase from 1998 to 2001.

Anna Padilla, MBA, SHRM-CP completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Business Administration at St. Joseph's University in New York from 2014 to 2016. Prior to that, they earned their Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Boricua College.
