Jamil Thomas

Jamil Thomas has a diverse work experience that spans several organizations. jamil started their career in 2012 with the Bronx Council on the Arts as a Teaching Artist. In 2013, they joined Good Shepherd Services as a Street Outreach Worker, eventually progressing to become a Program Director for the Street Outreach Program. Alongside their role at Good Shepherd Services, Jamil also worked as a Vintage Clothing Seller for hoodiesvintage starting in 2017. In 2019, they became a Waiver Service Provider for Martin De Porres Group Home. Additionally, they worked as a Behavioral Health Specialist for Abbott House starting in 2012, where they provided skill-building, crisis intervention, and support services to children with various needs. Lastly, they also worked as a Waiver Service Provider for SCO Family of Services starting in 2012.

Jamil Thomas holds a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from Virginia State University.
