Jessie Boye-Doe, LCSW has a strong background in clinical and mental health services. Currently, they serve as the Vice President of Clinical & Mental Health Services at Good Shepherd Services, where they provide guidance and recommendations for mental health services agency-wide. In this role, they also collaborate with other team leaders to develop coherent and consistent models of support and spearhead the alignment of mental health and clinical practices.

Previously, Jessie worked at JCCA as the Director of Outpatient Behavioral Health, overseeing administrative and clinical operations of the Center for Healing and the Article 31 clinic. They also held the position of Director of the Center for Healing at JCCA, where they developed and operationalized policies and procedures to improve program quality and maximize service provision and revenue. Additionally, Jessie served as the Program Chair for the Annual JCCA Commercial Sexual Exploitation of Children (CSEC) Conference.

Prior to JCCA, Jessie worked at Zero Abuse Project as a Teaching Faculty for the Child First Curriculum from 2019 to 2022. They also held positions at the Child Guidance Center of Southern Connecticut, serving as the Director of the Child Sexual Abuse Response Team (SART) Program and as a clinician in the Child and Family Therapy Program.

Before that, Jessie worked as a Victim Advocate at the Connecticut State Office of Victim Services and as a Social Worker in the Victim Services Unit at the Kings County District Attorneys Office.

Jessie Boye-Doe, LCSW holds a Master of Social Work (M.S.W.) degree in Advanced Clinical Practice from Columbia University School of Social Work, which was obtained between 2005 and 2007. Prior to that, he/she completed a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Psychology at CUNY- Baruch College from 2001 to 2004. Additionally, Jessie has obtained additional certifications, including an Executive Certificate in Nonprofit Leadership from Leadership Fellows New York in 2021 and is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker from ASWB - Association of Social Work Boards.
