Victor Olds

Victor O. Olds is a legal professional with extensive experience in both public service and private practice. Currently serving as Chief Legal Officer at Good Shepherd Services since January 2022, Victor previously held significant roles within the City of New York's Mayor's Office of Contract Services, including New York City Chief Procurement Officer and Director from June 2021 to February 2022, and various positions such as General Counsel and Deputy General Counsel from 2013 to 2021. Earlier in Victor's career, an associate role was held at Mayer Brown from 2007 to 2011. Victor O. Olds holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Cornell University and a Juris Doctor from Fordham University School of Law.
