Sonya Janssen has extensive experience in human resources and administration, currently serving as the HR Systems & Operations Advisor at Good Shepherd Australia New Zealand since October 2021, where optimization of HR systems and processes is a key focus. Prior roles include People & Capability Coordinator and Executive Assistant at BlastOne International, as well as an Executive Assistant at Good Shepherd Australia New Zealand and Servier. Sonya began their career as an Administrative Assistant at Emerson Process Management, progressing to WHS & HR Coordinator. Educational qualifications include a Diploma of Business, Human Resources from Swinburne University of Technology, obtained between 2004 and 2006.
