Rachel Williams

Rachel Ann W. is a Lecturer in the Master's in Computational Social Science Program at the University of California, Berkeley, starting August 2024. Rachel serves on the Harvard Business Review Advisory Council, contributing insights to enhance content related to management and leadership. Rachel holds the position of Chief Diversity and Inclusion Officer at The Motley Fool and is an Executive Advisory Board Member for Lesbians Who Tech & Allies. Additionally, Rachel is an advisor for Pay Theory and Burst Capital, while also serving as a Senior Advisor for Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion at Norwest Venture Partners. Previously, Rachel was an Operating Partner at Zeal Capital Partners, focusing on DEI, HR, and Talent initiatives. Rachel's prior experience includes leadership roles in diversity and talent acquisition at Google and StubHub. Rachel is currently pursuing Wharton Executive Education and holds a B.A. in Psychology from the University of California, Berkeley.
