Regina Hodits

Regina Hodits is a highly accomplished professional with a robust background in life sciences and venture capital. Since 2010, Regina has served as Managing Partner at Wellington Partners Life Sciences, overseeing €800 million in funds while supporting promising entrepreneurs. In addition to this role, Regina holds various board positions, including at Sidekick Health, Stipe Therapeutics, SNIPR Biome, and Carisma Therapeutics, contributing expertise in gamified digital therapeutics, drug development targeting the STING pathway, CRISPR technology, and innovative immunotherapies. Regina also plays a key role in fostering startup success as Chairperson of the Board at INiTS and as a board member of the BioInnovation Institute, both of which aim to support life science innovations. Educational credentials include a Doctorate in Biochemistry and an Executive MBA from Technische Universität Wien, complemented by a Master's in Chemical Engineering.
