Alicia Jenish-Mc Carron has a diverse background in culinary roles, starting as an Executive Chef in 2007 at Out the Door/Academy Café San Francisco. Alicia later became the Executive Chef at Kimpton Hotels & Restaurants, managing a 150-seat restaurant and overseeing a banquet program. Alicia then served as the Corporate Executive Chef at Bon Repas, where they worked closely with chef de cuisines and developed menus for five restaurants. Alicia later joined Kitchit as an Executive Chef, creating a new branch offering meals cooked in guests' homes. Alicia also worked at Munchery as the Senior Director of Culinary Operations, managing a large kitchen and ensuring food production compliance. Alicia is currently the Culinary Director at Good Eating Company (US) for LinkedIn's San Francisco campus, focusing on local and sustainable products. Alicia will join GOOD Worldwide Inc as the Director of Culinary Programming in 2023.

Alicia Jenish-Mc Carron obtained an Associate's degree in Culinary Arts/Chef Training from The Culinary Institute of America in 1999. Additionally, they have obtained various certifications including Serve Safe instructor/proctor, World of Flavor, Women in Leadership, HAACP Manager certificate course, Hospitality Leadership, Pro Chef Level one, Serve Safe Manager, and Certified Food Safety HACCP Manager (CFSHM) from different institutions between 2019 and 2023.
