Václav Málek

Václav Málek is an experienced professional in customer success and business development, currently serving as the Director of Customer Success at GoodData since August 2021, where responsibilities include managing relationships with strategic customers in Europe and the US. Prior to this role, Václav worked at DCIT, a.s. as a Business Development Manager, focusing on business development in Spanish-speaking countries, as well as a Technical IT Consultant overseeing the entire project lifecycle for the PROVYS information system. Additionally, Václav has a background in freelance SEO and internet marketing, providing consulting services and technical support from 2010 to 2017. Václav holds a Master’s degree in Economic Informatics from Mendel University in Brno and a Bachelor’s degree in Applied Informatics from the College of Polytechnics, Jihlava.
