Vitali Plugachev

Vitali Plugachev has over 18 years of work experience. Vitali started their career in 2001 as a Visual C++ Developer at the Belarusian National Technical University. In 2002, they moved on to become a Software/Web Developer at Poly Web. In 2003, they joined EPAM Systems as a Team Lead/Web Developer. In 2005, they joined Createch Group, where they held two roles, Senior Software Development Manager and Senior Product Manager. In 2006, they co-founded Swapz Ltd. as a Product Manager. In 2012, they moved on to become the Director of Software Development at Trident, Ltd. In 2014, they became the Director of Product Development, Enterprise Data Visualization at Galantis. Most recently, in 2016, they became the CTO at GoodDay Work.

Vitali Plugachev has a Master of Computer Applications - MCA from the Belarusian National Technical University, which they obtained between 2001 and 2003. Vitali's field of study was Computer Software Engineering. Vitali also has a Bachelor of Engineering - BE - Computer Science from the same university, which they obtained between 1997 and 2001. Vitali's field of study was CAD and Artificial Intelligence. Additionally, they are Scrum Master Certified (SMC) from the Scrum Alliance.
