Tatiana Fedorova has a long history of professional experience. Tatiana began their career in 2000 as the Founder and Managing Partner of Rodicheff and Partners, Consulting Group. In 2003, they Co-Founded and became a Board Member of Kashindeti.ru, a non-profit philanthropic project for orphanages of Kashin, Tver Region, Russia. In 2011, they founded SportZal and was the CEO. That same year, they were an Entrepreneur, committed to impact, in the Startup and Investment Community. In 2012, they became the CEO of AmBAR - American Business Association of Eastern-European Professionals and was a SVOD - Silicon Valley Open Doors Conference - Making things happen. In 2014, they founded GOODdler, engaging local businesses to cover local needs. In 2016, they became a Member of The Compact for Young People in Humanitarian Action at the United Nations. In 2017, they became a Board Member of the Gooddler Foundation. Finally, in 2019, they Co-Founded the World Impact Forum.

Tatiana Fedorova's education history includes an MBA from California State University - East Bay between 2009 and 2011, a BS in management from the Academy of National Economy under the Government of the Russian Federation between 2008 and 2010, a Master in Engineering from Moscow University of Land Use Planning, and studies in Law at Kutafin Moscow State Law University.
