Currently, MOLLY serves as the Chief Product Officer and Founding Team Member at Goodles, as well as the Owner and Product Developer at M Michet Food Product Innovation. In their previous roles, MOLLY has managed R&D teams, developed new products, collaborated with co-manufacturers, and led technical and culinary visions for companies like Plum Inc., Clif Bar & Company, California Custom Fruits & Flavors, Inc., Dreyer's Grand Ice Cream, and Guernsey Bel. MOLLY holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Food Science from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
