Erika Pagnotta has a diverse work experience. Erika started working as an Assistant Manager at Pâtisserie Alati in 2010 and remained in that position until 2018. In 2017, they worked as a Field Service Administrator at BOMBARDIER for a year. In 2018, they joined Goodfood Market as a Human Resources Coordinator and held that role until 2020, when they became a Team Lead in HR Operations.
Erika Pagnotta completed their education with a Certificate in Human Resources Management from McGill University in 2019. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Human Relations from Concordia University in 2018. Erika began their education at Marianopolis College in 2011, earning a DEC in Social Sciences with Math in 2014. Erika's high school education was completed at Sacred Heart School of Montreal from 2006 to 2011, where they obtained their High School/Secondary Diplomas and Certificates.
