Tim Janssen has extensive experience in both coaching and consulting roles, currently serving as a Customer Success Coach and OR-lid at GoodHabitz since June 2021, where Tim supports organizations in effectively implementing online training programs. Previously, from February 2018 to May 2021, Tim worked as a Senior Consultant and OR-lid at USG Engineering NL, focusing on the recruitment and retention of highly skilled technical personnel for SMEs and key accounts. Tim's professional journey also includes a successful football career, playing for multiple clubs, including FC Midtjylland A/S and Fortuna Sittard, while actively initiating CSR projects during time as a professional athlete.
