Tom Day

Tom Day, SHRM-CP, is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as the Human Resources Manager for Goodhue County since August 2022. Prior to this role, Tom held the position of Human Resources Director at Bay View Nursing Home and Rehabilitation Center from April 2019 to August 2022, and served as Manager of People Operations at Allied Universal from May 2012 to April 2019, managing a large workforce across multiple locations. Tom also has a notable background in lobbying and government affairs, having founded Bipartisan Solutions and worked as the Director of Government Affairs for the Minnesota Dental Association. Tom's career began as a Legislative Assistant to Congressman Vin Weber after earning a BA in Political Science and History from Gustavus Adolphus College.
