Joey Womack

Joey Womack has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Joey founded Goodie Nation in 2014, aiming to bridge the relationship gap faced by entrepreneurs, particularly those who are people of color, women, or not located in coastal financial centers. As the Founder and CEO, Joey focuses on ensuring that every entrepreneur, regardless of their background or location, can access the necessary relationships for success.

In 2022, Joey became a Social Innovator-In-Residence at Concrete Rose Capital. In this role, they support social innovators dedicated to addressing the financial and social capital gaps for communities of color. Concrete Rose Capital is an early-stage fund that invests in ventures led by, for, or with underrepresented people of color.

Joey also founded Amplify 4 Good in 2015, where they served as the Founder and CEO. Amplify 4 Good focuses on developing digital promotional strategies and events for entertainment/lifestyle companies and small businesses.

Before their entrepreneurial ventures, Joey gained experience at companies like DIGITALGUESTLIST, WeWork, Ingram Accounting & Consulting, Red Bull, Visteon Corporation, BlackCollegeExperience.com, and Seagram in different roles. These roles include founder, staff accountant, staff auditor, student brand manager, and labs manager.

Joey Womack's educational history begins in 1996 when they briefly attended Tuskegee University, where they pursued a Bachelor of Engineering in Pre-Engineering. However, they did not complete this degree program.

In 1997, Joey enrolled at Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University (FAMU) and completed a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business Administration and Management, General. Joey studied at FAMU until 2001.

Afterward, Joey pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University from 2001 to 2003. The field of study for their MBA is not specified.
