Ashley Nguyen

Ashley Nguyen is a seasoned professional in the cosmetic industry, currently serving as a Senior R&D Chemist at GOODIER since January 2019, where responsibilities include the development and implementation of formulas and procedures. In addition to the chemist role, Ashley holds leadership positions as the President of the Goodier Women’s Network, promoting a supportive environment for female employees, and as the President of the Fun Committee, which focuses on enhancing company culture through engaging events. Previous experience includes roles at Revision Skincare® as a Clinical Data Analyst and at CVS Health in various pharmacy technician positions. Ashley holds a Master’s degree in Cosmetic Science from the University of Cincinnati and a Bachelor’s degree in Biochemistry from the University of North Texas. Currently, Ashley serves as the NextGen Co-chair and Social Media Chair for the Southwest Society of Cosmetic Chemists.
