Charmaine Marsh is a Clinical Director and Co-founder of Goodity Co since February 2022, with prior experience as a Senior Counsellor at Kampong Kapor Community Services from October 2021 to June 2023. Marsh has a notable background at Singapore Children's Society from June 2010 to September 2021, where responsibilities included serving as Assistant Director and Centre Head, overseeing a youth centre that utilized Sports and Art intervention for vulnerable youth, and managing a team of Social Workers, Counsellors, and Youth Workers. Additional roles included Family Therapist and Senior Counselor, focusing on probationers and juvenile delinquents within various national portfolios and producing assessment reports for the Juvenile Court. Charmaine holds a Master's degree in Counselling and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and Communications from Monash University.
